Prosedur Pendaftaran Mahasiswa Baru Program Diploma 3

ADMISSION PROCEDURES
AMIK SERANG
ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020

Syarat Pendaftaran

  1. Pendaftaran (IDR 250,000)
  2. Pas Foto berwarna 2×3 dan 3×4 (2 Lembar)
  3. F.C. Ijazah SLTA (Legalisir) / Surat Keterangan Lulus SLTA
  4. F.C. KTP
  5. F.C. Kartu Keluarga

 Program Pendidikan:

  1. Program Regular, Program ini merupakan program dengan kuliah Pagi dan Siang. pagi jam 08:00 s.d. 12:00 dan 13:00 s.d. 17:00
  2. Program Karyawan. Program ini khusus bagi karyawan, kuliah dilakukan pada Malam hari pukul 18:30 s.d 21.30.

Flow Pendaftaran

  1. Calon Mahasiswa Mengisi Formulir pendaftaran dan melakukan pembayaran uang pendaftaran di Bank BRI Syariah sebesar Rp.250.000 ke No.Rek.1026408888 a.n YPI Amik Serang. Formulir pendaftaran dapat di download disini atau langsung dari panitia penerimaan mahasiswa baru di kampus amik serang.
  2. Calon Mahasiswa membawa berkas pendaftaran dan bukti setor kepada Panitia Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru (PPMB) di Kampus Amik Serang,
  3. Panitia PMB menerima formulir pendaftaran dan melakukan verifikasi data calon mahasiswa ke dalam sistem. kemudian panitia PMB mencetak kartu ujian dan menyerahkannya kepada calon mahasiswa
  4. Calon mahasiswa menerima kartu ujian
  5. Calon Mahasiswa melakukan Tes Ujian Masuk Amik Serang.
  6. Panitia PMB akan menginformasikan hasil ujian.
  7. Calon Mahasiswa melakukan daftar ulang Re-Registration dan melengkapi Administrasi dan dokumen 1 minggu setelah pengumuman penerimaan.

Important!

AMIK Serang only accepted candidates who enroll in accordance to the rules applied in this institution. AMIK Serang is also not responsible to any risk that may arise in relation with the illegal persons who offer a guaranteed help and service and claim themselves as “The insider” or “Related to the Insider” in the effort of entering AMIK Serang.We do suggest the Candidate not to be persuaded by the ´promising´ offer from that irresponsible illegal person.


Result Announcement
All candidates who attend the entrance test can check the result via Admisi Online (amikserang.ac.id/daftaronline). If the candidates pass the entrance test, the candidates should complete and return the re-registration document via Admisi Online or direct to Admission office.

Re-registration
The re-registration procedural will be individually explained in the re-registration guideline together with the re-registration form.

Procedures For New Student´s Resignation and Refund

  1. The Candidate Student declared NOT PASSING the Senior High School (SMTA (Having Statement of Result Not Passing High School)) Rp. 1.350.000,- ( Refundable 50%)
  2. The Candidate Student is accepted, at the same time has taken the process of Re-registration in a Public University (PTN) included in the list of Kementerian Riset – Teknologi dan Pendidikan Tinggi *, level Stratum-1 (S1), Exclude Universitas Terbuka Rp. 1.350.000,-
    ( Refundable 50%)
  3. Other than point No. 1 and No. 2 above NO RETURN/TRANSFER OF FUND OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER SHALL BE MADE
